The editor checks the wait codes, links (superposition, composite, pinch) and common code mistakes across Heads 1–3 against the Tsugami guide's codes (Settings). The sim is a 2D estimate of tool tips only: not a collision check, times are estimates. A clean result never means the program is safe. Prove out on the machine.
Alarms: these are Fanuc control (CNC) alarms predicted from the code, not Tsugami machine (ladder / EX) alarms. Alarm numbers are shown only where a source gives them (the Fanuc 0i-TC manual, the Series 30i/31i-A alarm list B-63945EN) and are not confirmed for the 31i-B. The machine's own alarm list wins.
Keys: F8 / Shift+F8 next / previous wait · in the sim: Space play, N / Shift+N next / previous wait, ← → step one block, Esc leaves Sim view.
Code numbers differ between Tsugami models. Defaults come from Tsugami Three Path Programming Rev 041523; change them to match your manual. Saved in this browser.
Values come from Tsugami's published BW209Z specs or are labeled stand-ins. Nothing is confirmed until you tick it. Time estimates stay hidden until every required value (★) is confirmed. Saved in this browser only.
